We have released a SERVIR-Amazonia Program summary which provides additional detailed information to the brochure, specifically about the rational for the Program, the structure of the Consortium that SERVIR-Amazonia is forming with partners and the service concept that underpins the program implementation. SERVIR services are user-orientated, needs-based and collectively developed tools, data and training resources based on Earth Observation and geospatial information to improve environmental decision-making. The SERVIR approach is built around a “service design and delivery” model that includes dynamic teams of regional stakeholders, scientists and subject matter experts in every phase.
